U-6 = 2019-2018 U-7 = 2017 U-8 = 2016 U-9 = 2015 U-10 = 2014 U-11 = 2013 U-12 = 2012 U-13 = 2011 U-14 = 2010 U-15 = 2009 U-16 = 2008 U-17 = 2007 U-18 = 2006 Adults = 2006 & older Veterans = 1960 - 1987

Documents needed to complete the registration at C.S.L. Headquarters

Each coach will need to provide the following, every year after completing the following registration form: - Team Registration Fee: Youth $250 Adult $300. - An ID from the DMV, passport or consular ID of the team's coach.* *To keep your documents on file with us and not have to provide it again, you may email your documents to: documents@championssl.com -Please provide your name and phone number in your email.
