New Player Registration

If you already registered in 2022 or 2023 please fill out the “Returning Player Registration” form

Each new player will need to provide the following after completing the following registration form: 1) Player's Fee. 2) The original birth certificate* 3) School photo ID, a State ID, passport or consular ID or school printout* *To keep your documents on file with us and not have to provide it again, you may email your documents to: DOCUMENTS@CHAMPIONSSL.COM -Please provide the player's name and division.
