A player is fully registered once:
They register online
Pay the registration fee either online or in person at C.S.L. Headquarters
Present a valid, original birth certificate at C.S.L. Headquarters
Present a valid school ID, passport or school printout at C.S.L. Headquarters
Have their photo taken for their player I.D. at C.S.L. headquarters
All of these items must be completed in order to obtain your player I.D. card!
